Art3D terms of sale and licence

1. Seller

2. Products

Art3D packs are digital content: 3D models, textures, animations, setup files and manual, as described on each pack's page. A bundle or the complete collection gives access to each pack it contains.

3. Prices and payment

Prices are shown in euros, net: VAT not applicable under article 293 B of the French General Tax Code (VAT franchise for small businesses). Payment is made online through Stripe (card, Apple Pay, Google Pay or any other method offered); no card data goes through this site. The order is final once payment is confirmed; Stripe emails a receipt.

4. Delivery

Files can be downloaded immediately after payment from the order confirmation page. That page gives fresh links, valid for 48 h, on every visit; if you lose it, write to us with the receipt email.

5. Right of withdrawal

Under article L221-28 13° of the French Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal does not apply to digital content not supplied on a tangible medium whose performance has begun with the consumer's prior express consent and waiver of that right. By ticking the box before payment, you request immediate access to the files and acknowledge that you lose your right of withdrawal.

6. Warranty and refunds

The packs are covered by the legal guarantee of conformity for digital content. If a pack does not work as described, write to support: we fix the problem or, failing that, refund you.

7. Licence

Buying a pack grants the buyer (individual or company) a non-exclusive, worldwide, perpetual licence:

Allowed: use and modify the models in an unlimited number of projects, commercial or not (video games, apps, videos, renders, prototypes), as part of the project.
Not allowed: resell, share or redistribute the source files, modified or not, on their own or in another asset collection or creation tool; offer them as free downloads; use them as training data for an artificial intelligence model.

8. Personal data

For each order we keep the email and name entered at payment, the billing country, the pack, the amount and the date, for delivery, support and accounting. Payment data is processed by Stripe. See the legal notice for the site's audience measurement and your rights.

9. Disputes

These terms are governed by French law. If anything goes wrong, contact us first at romandy.development@gmail.com: we always look for an amicable solution.
