The Ecosystème app is distributed through the Google Play Store (Google Ireland Limited) and the App Store (Apple Distribution International Ltd.). In-app purchases are collected by these platforms, which remain responsible for billing and refunds.
All content of the website and the app (texts, images, sounds, game mechanics, source code) is the exclusive property of Romain Chauviré – CHAUVIRE CREATIONS (Romandy Development), unless stated otherwise. Any reproduction or reuse without prior written permission is prohibited.
The processing of personal data is described in the privacy policy. Under the GDPR, you have the right to access, rectify, object to and erase your data, which you can exercise at romandy.development@gmail.com.
The site measures its own traffic, without cookies or third-party services: pages viewed, pack viewed, links clicked, time spent and scrolling, referring site (domain only), device and browser type. The IP address is not stored: it is only used, together with the browser and a salt renewed every day then forgotten, to compute an anonymous identifier for the day. A random identifier, kept by the browser tab (sessionStorage) and erased when it closes, links the pages of one visit. These statistics are only used to improve the site and are kept for 13 months at most.
Art3D packs bought on this site are paid through Stripe (Stripe Payments Europe Ltd.), which processes payment data; we keep the email, name and country entered at payment, the pack and the amount, for delivery, support and accounting. See the terms of sale.
